Harvest King 10w30 Synthetic blend high mileage now SP

I do, but my point is that very few cars even call for it and modern 5w30s will easily work in a 10w30 application.
That is very true. A lot of Fords that originally required 10w30 were back spect to 5W30. Originally the manual wouldn't allow 5w30 above 60°f.

I've picked up Harvest King synthetic blend on sale for as low as $8.49 for 5 quart jugs at Runnings. Was questioning using it, but considering my old 4 Runner had seen more neglect in its younger years than most I thought what the heck. I never had any issues, wish I could find that sale again, I'd buy a bunch.

I think most people select oil grade based on what the owners manual, the oil cap, or what the computer at the parts store says, and 10w-30 hasn't really been a recommended grade in owners manuals over the past 20 years, my trailblazer says to use 5w30, it says that you can use 10w-30 above a certain temperature as more of a side note but really they want you to use 5w-30
