Haven't seen it here yet so I am wishing everybody here on BITOG a very Happy Thanksgiving...Let's all eat turkey and ham and sweet potatoes, watch football on TV and have a great day with our families and be grateful for what we have and be mindful of those who don't have anything. It could just as easily be any one of us standing in line in the freezing cold for Thanksgiving dinner down at the Salvation Army or serving over in the desert over in Iraq or Afghanistan today.

What's for Dinner??

I'll be making a 20 Lb. Turkey, smoking it for 1st hour and baking the rest of the time. Stuffing is with Pork Sausage, onion and small apple chunks.
