Happy Thanksgiving. I made a bbq Turkey on my Weber kettle. It is the hands down juiciest Turkey I've had in a very long time. 10 hour wet brine. I added peppercorns, three star anise, and three whole cinnamon sticks to the brine. Pat dry and the rubbed with olive oil and a low sodium seasoning that came in the brining kit. After 3.5 hours I basted the turkey with a mix of apple Cider, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and bbq sauce. It took a little over 4 hours to reach 165 Fahrenheit.
