In order since 2000. The silver 2002 Accord is 18 yrs old (garage kept is why it still looked new) that day photo was taken when we left it at dealership and took the white one home to park next to the Grey 2009. Made in Ohio.

Never been a convertible guy, and never been a two-seater guy. H-o-w-e-v-e-r, this one is the exception, and I always dreamed of having one when it came out. If I recall, it was maybe $51k, and that was way too rich for my blood at the time.

In the 60s’ my best friend had the original ‘57 in the same color and it was in excellent condition. His father gave it to him. Then he decided to pull the engine and have it rebuilt. Even at my tender age of 16, I told him not to do it! I knew it was going to be a train wreck of an idea. He had nor the skills or the money to do any of it. Consequently, he ended up ruining it, and it never went back together the same. I’ve had a soft spot for one ever since. 🥺

My first new car (last year Chevelle's were made) cost more than I could really afford @ $4900 in Aug 1976. I managed to pay for it with two jobs and help from soon to be wife.

Both of my Dodge Ram trucks, both of our Honda vehicles, and only S-10 ZR2 are all made in USA.
