Just make sure it's not one of those curb side dentless repair shops. They literally chase hail storms througout the U.S. Once they have finished, they pack up and move overnight. Wifes new CRV got nailed about a month ago and just got it back from the shop two weeks ago. You can't even tell. The guy that worked on it owns a body shop and said he chased hail storms for about 10 years. Now, I'm not saying all curb side dentless repair guys are rip offs, just keep and eye open and use your best judgement. I did ask him that if this car gets in a hail storm again, would the next time require body work since the metal has been "massage" back in to place and maybe weaker? He said no, especially with Honda, Mercedes, BMW's and one other maker. He said that those manufacturers use a different type of metal alloy that can be "massaged" over again.
This is a union shop with some painters that have 25 years experience. I have had minor work done by them in the past, and I can't tell their work from the original. Also my insurance co. will take care of any complaints I might have.
