Did your speedometer reading drop instantly to 30mph? Your previous post seems to imply that. If so, and your transmission is computer controlled, It might be worth it to check the speedometer sensor and associated wiring, as many computer controlled transmissions use this sensor to determine shift points. Also, you said that you didn't change the filter, so you may want to consider doing so now. I'm not a camry expert, however.
It might be worth it to google up some camry/toyota BB's. Other owners may have experienced the same problem. Good Luck!!!
