I know gun clubs and gun stores that have ranges routinely have these insurance companies hosting "free" seminars where some pedigreed spokesmodel hawks these policies. Usually includes a free book of propaganda and free lunch.
I don't know how much the gun clubs or ranges get paid or how that part works.
