Guiness pot roast crock pot

Cooking now in my crock pot and can't wait to get home. This version not only has Guinness, but I also threw in 1/2 cup of Jameson coffee infused whiskey limited edition. I'm all in for the Irish tonight

Chuck roast
yukon gold potatoes
carrots
celery
1 bottle Guiness
1/2 cup Jameson coffee infused whiskey
1 tablespoon grey poupon
splash of Worcestershire
salt
pepper
thyme

EDIT......onions (forgot to list them originally...also I sear the meat before putting it in the crock pot)

Sounds good I believe better Results in a roasting pan in the oven.

oops I forgot to add to the list I do have onions in the crock pot
also I seared the meat before putting it in the pot

If you didn't sear the meat, try that next time. Along with a little apple cider vinegar. Works well to get that ohh so tender meat.
