Fuchs supersyn SL long life plus 0w30 (VW 503,506,506.01) is this a PAO/ester base fully synthetic engine oil? or a group 3 base synthetic engine oil?

You can check for BMW LL-01 standard. I read from somewhere that oil has to be group 4 and/or 5 to meet BMW LL-01.
