I returned to my old standby wax, Griot’s 3-In-1. The Adam’s Buttery Wax lasted less than a month.

Griot’s Brilliant Shine Car Wash, synthetic clay and 3-in-1 wax. Easy to apply and remove, superb color clarity.

I’m not sure why I left this wax in the first place.

I’ve used the ceramic version of that on the Prius that’s parked outside for most of its life. It did a good job making oxidized single stage paint look good. Toyota doesn’t clearcoat their 040 Super White II/Ice Cap or 202 Black colors. From what I recall, I’ve used the non-ceramic version with great success on an Accord and a Lexus.

That is beautiful. Among my fav colors. You really don't see that anymore.

Volvo used this color, paint code 414 for 2-3 years. It’s rare and from what I’m told one of the most difficult colors to match and repaint.
