Great Customer servive from Auto-RX

I sent Auto-RX a message today (Sunday), concerned that I had used too much product for my oil capacity (I used 12 oz for 5 Qts instead of 10).
To my shock and amazement I received a response within minutes, and on a Sunday no less! Answer: It's OK.

I think proportions of autorx versus host oil are more forgiving than any of use realize. I think they are just playing it safe on the suggested dosing. And yeah, you would have to be severly handicapped to not figure out how to get a pertenant question answered about ARX. I once remember a guy with a laundry list of dumb questions, and Frank even did his best to answer that guy, but it turned out he worked as a shill for some other additive company and he was wasting a good thread, happens. Frank will help 99% of the people, but there aint nothing he can do with the other 1% that are trying to sell you something else.
