GY is advertising this as a “premium” highway tire, so they are probably benchmarked the Defender LTX M/S. It will be interesting to see if these perform equal or better since they are a new offering. In my size, these are priced about 10% less than Michelin.

I wonder if they will meet 3PMS. I used to have a set of Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors that remind me of these.

The Goodyear Steadfast HT seems like a pretty good tire based on a recent Tire Rack comparison test with Continental TerrainContact HT and Bridgestone Dueler LX. Disappointing that one of the Michelin tires was not included in the comparison.
