Goodyear Reliant at Walmart

I'm planning to replace tires on my van in the fall and was checking prices on Walmart's website. They are now advertising a Goodyear Reliant that will be available soon, which appears to be a replacement of the Viva 3.

K-Car jokes aside, I wonder if these will be decent for the price point? Quite a few people I know were disappointed with how quickly the Viva 3 wore out, so I wonder if these will be an improvement over the previous model.

Walmart also sells the "Cooper Commuter." Viva seems like it was named after a paper towel.
