Bought and picked-up tires in DE on Saturday Sept 7, submitted on-line rebate with TireRack invoice and new Goodyear credit card number. It took 5 minutes to fill out.
Ka-Ching!!
Today, 19 days later a $200 pre-paid card was received.
Forget snail mail rebate submittal.

The 4 WeatherReady tire total with no tax is $644 which includes the cost of OE Denso TPMS sensors, ECU re-learn, installation/mounting with HunterForce balancing and tire disposal.

$161 per tire. Rebates do pay out!

Two days ago, I paid off the entire 1st month's complete balance.

I don't understand why my older work colleagues reluctance to open a GY cc and/or submit the rebate. It is definitely not a credit history issue. It took a couple days to get a GY credit card, but I applied for a cc several Goodyear rebate programs ago.

Not interested in GY tires with any rebate. Their tires have all been crap to me and I won't be buying any more. Did it to themselves to keep putting out junk and it took me a few times before enough is enough. Hopefully all of you are having better results than me but after a few premature broken belts, treadwear that gets less than half the rated mileage and they just won't stay balanced on my latest set. No it is not the car out of alignment - newer other branded tires and problem went away. GY just don't work for me.

I am very positively surprised by GY Comfort Tread Assurance GT tires on my MGM. Amazing. Every car to tire combo is different

I avoid Goodyear because the vendor for my work who carries them has an absolute donkey of a rep. He treats myself and the other back counter parts person (the ones who order most of the tires) like we are garbage. Plus no matter how many times we call and tell the drivers where we want the tires dropped off, they leave them on the front parts counter, usually blocking the customer entrance.
