Tiger woods went to stanford and didn't have a prenup? how dumb could he be, in his position, he should have never gotten married. but his image would take a hit with kids out of wedlock though.
 
He messed up... He tried to make it right, it didn't work, he pays the price.

I feel bad for him and his now X-wife...

If you're a sports star, and plan on messing around after you are married, and don't get a prenup, then I can't feel sorry for you.

There is something about asking someone to sign a pre-nup that just doesn't go well with the whole "I Love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you"... Kinda suggests not trusting that person.

Oh, I didn't mean to say that a prenup is a nice thing to do....just that Woods was kinda stupid to get married without one and continue bedding whoever, whenever.

Pre-nups don't work everywhere. Here in WI after 36 months its 50/50 no matter what. We're also "no fault" so it doesn't matter why it's happening.

Why get married... Give each other commitment rings and call it good enough. Besides these celebrities tie the knot and untie it so often that it's ridiculous. There should be a mandatory waiting period for people that rich...

I would only get married again if my partner had more assets than I. Other than that you are letting someone legally steal what you have worked for.
