Good Movie - Indian Motorcycle

I saw that a few years ago. GREAT movie! I keep watch for it to come back as well as On Any Sunday and The Flying Scotsman but they are very rare airings.

Good movie, I’ve watched it several times. My wife has several potted lemon trees and when they start producing fruit, I remind her of what I do to them to make them flourish. 🍋

I give it a thumbs up too.
It's a 'feel good' movie which is hard to describe.
The goal is to enter a speed trial, not even a race per se.

No cowboys/cops vs bad guys, no mystery to unravel, no social or age obstacle to surmount...A. Hopkins is one good actor.

I remember when they were filming that. The movie set was a half mile or so west of the actual pits and short and long courses, which were set-up for Speedweek.

I was there to help several people in their efforts to set Land Speed Records

They used several actual racing vehicles which were there to run on the real courses, for the movie, and many of the actors came over and got to see the real event.

The bike they used in the movie:

I used to live in the same neighborhood as current owner of the actual bike. I’d seen it outside a few times but it was before the movie and didn’t know the story behind it. They moved by the time the movie came out.

And if you watch really carefully and pause a lot - you might catch a glimpse of Antony Starr - of Homelander and sheriff Lucas Hood fame - as one of the bikers racing on the beach, in one of his early roles.
