I bought a metal detector there on Sunday. I used it a few hrs on Monday. I took it to work with me today and tried it and it wouldn't work. No sound or lights.
I bought 2 new batteries to make sure that they were not the problem... Still dead.
I grabbed the reciept and took it back to Big5 prepared to go rounds with them.
I walked into the store with it and told them that it quit working. The cashier called over the manager.
The manager looked at the reciept said "well thats a bummer" and told me to grab another off the shelf.
Thats it. No drilling me or treating me like I broke it on purpose.
