A busy street and no competition, he may sell out quicker than you think. There's always sheep on the road who won't take the effort or in a position to find something cheaper.

Price is probably set by the corporate office and there isn't an actual owner per say. Besides, isn't most of the profit made from sales inside the building?

The only reason I would stop there is if I was on E to buy only enough, $3-$5, to get to a cheaper station.

That's my approach in IL as I live close to the MO line where gas is $0.30 to $0.80/gallon cheaper per gallon.

It’s gone down more now. Use the Gas Buddy app and plan out your routes. I saved a ton by doing this. Costco. And there wasn’t a line but maybe one car in front of me.

I use Gasbuddy before every trip and whenever I need gas, and Costco is my fuel of choice. I checked that station earlier but the price shown at the time was quite a bit higher. Happy that it's come down a bit more. Thank you!

I know people that will drive far enough away for a cost savings that it negates the savings.

The small town my company is headquartered in has gas that is $0.20 cheaper than home. I’ll buy gas there because I’m there, but wouldn’t drive the 18 miles to do it otherwise

Do the math before crying over the price you missed! Also, good gas tank management means you can be selective if you want.

But I would skip this station in the original post.

No airports near here. It's in Victorville,ca on a very busy road. There is a cheaper ampm right across the street. I'm thinking that they bought fuel the day before the price dropped
