That's a lot of driveway for a single stage snow thrower. My driveway is similar to yours other than being 110 feet long with a slightly smaller turn around at the top. The house is on a hill with a 10% grade.
If the snow isn't too deep, say, less than 2", a single stage will work fine. Get into wet or deep snow and you'll be looking for a dual state with 8 to 11 h.p.
I use a 28" Simplicity with an 11 h.p. engine. It gets the job done effortlessly.
I strongly recommend you think hard about the single stage.
