In the Pilot anyway. Since new I ran Amsoil SS 0W20 67K currently and followed the OLM since its DI. Giving SS 0W30 a try.

I just switched all my vehicles over to Amsoil SS 0w30 from a 20Wt so far so good haven’t really notice a difference in MPG and Engine noise

I just finished my stash of PUP 0W-20 and switched to PUP 5W-30 for the summer in my 23 Type R. After my stash of PUP 5W-30 is gone my intentions are to run HPL 0W-30 all year long.

Oh sure, the non-invasive governmental think-tanks tell me that low viscosity oil is "for the children" but I still think deforestation and bioengineered foods just don't make sense.

I’ve been an Amsoil user since 2003. Granted I don’t push my oils envelope but all of my engines have been remarkably clean. Here’s my 2015 Tacoma 4.0L with 136K. I use most of their products including in my yard equipment.

And here I thought that deforestation in Georgia was caused by space lasers, not 20w50.

I pushed Amsoil signature series 5w30 in my spec’d for 0w20 Toyota, no issue there at all. Great lab report. Running 5w30 PUP right now for another 10,000 mile interval. Probably head to Mobil1 ESP 0W30 next…or Mobil1 0W40 FS.

Have now moved from 0W20>>5W30>>0W40 - same oil psi …

Wow that is clean! Noticed the same when I switched to HPL from Amsoil SS, no crazy carbon in the filter unlike the truck, which was packed with it after 1500 miles of HPL.

I am also going to be making a similar switch soon. I used the last of my Kirkland 0W-20 stash for the last oil change in my wife's Outback, a few months ago. Next oil change, it will be getting M1 Euro FS 0W-40.

I’ve done a few runs with SS 10K intervals. The rest have been with XL 5500-6500 miles.
