Getting rid of soap scum on your shaver

I use Dial body and hair wash on mine while I'm showering. Put a little liquid soap one the cutters, put the foil back on, and turn it on with a little water. Foams right up and it's clean in 10 seconds.

Oh, I do it too, with liquid hand soap, after every shave, but it does nothing to remove this residue on the inside that you can see in the photo.

I soak my DE handle in vinegar then scrub with an old toothbrush.
