I can understand why people take them in early to get serviced. The local mower store a few blocks down the road does maintenance in addition to their sales. If you take a mower there in April or May, it can be there for a few weeks before they even touch it.
Most of my customers I obtained through word of mouth. Many of them had break-downs mid-season and the dealer told them it would take 2 months before it would get repaired. That's crazy.
