german castrol in f150?

it's german castrol o good choice in a 4.6 f150?keep in mind that this engine its supposed to run 5w20.tks (1998 model)

Good question. I have a 2004 5.4 ltr Expedition and before having it, I used the GC 0w30. My garage cabinet is full of it. I also wonder if it can be used in a Ford engine where 5w20 is recommended. Is it really a big deal to not use the recommended 5w20 as it relates to the manufact. warranty?
