German Castrol -- Green / Gold?

Yes, look in the GC forum for pics and such.

Basically, Any GC made after the first week of 2005 is now Gold, not green, but still says "Made in Germany" on the back. The oil itself is probably just as good if not better than the Green.

Meaning that you'll have to take a look at the long white line of the tiny alphanumerical symbols (the batch #) on the bottom of the bottle.
Where the first two digits stand for the production year followed by the production week.
M0501XXXXXXXXXX would simply mean the first week of 2005 which happened to be the last production week for the Green GC.
Any bottle marked M0502XXXXXX M0503XXXX and so on will be filled with the Gold GC.
The GC bottles labeled M04XXXXXXXX M03XXXXXXXX and most of M02XXXXX contain the Green Elixir.
