They must be using Gerbal Powered gas chromatography machines at that lab and they ran out of Gerbal food.

As I indicated early on, this lab is very busy and does not change its schedule with prompting, pleading or any other such means. I did call and check that they had received the sample and they acknowledged that I had and hoped I was not in a rush for it as they had just received a huge testing series from one of their baseline customers.... I am NOT one of their baseline customers and of secondary importance to them in terms of priorities..
