Ok I finally had a chance tonight to get to work on the Tracker. Some of you know that in previous threads I posted about it, it is pretty well carboned up.
Procedures were pretty much the same as BlazerLT's thread. I fed the Tracker 4 glasses of distilled water sucked through a small vaccum hose leading straight into the intake manifold. The gas was held down by a cinder block holding the engine at about 2300RPM. I think though I didn't get the RPM high enough to really make a difference. Meaning, I would have to stop feeding the engine water for a second and let it regain RPM because it would bog down alot below 1800 RPM. No, I wasn't in a hurry with the water.
So if there is a difference it's small. I will work on it some more tommorow. I didn't want to overdoit so I felt 4 glasses was enough for today. Stay tuned, PartII is tommorow,,,AR
