Geez, Blackstone results are taking a while.

I call them up daily when I see it delivered until I get the results. That seems to speed things along. Free tracking with usps for $3 shipped.

I always send my sample in a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope. Cost me seven bucks, but I sent one in last Thursday and had my results this Tuesday....and that is over a Holiday weekend!

Its usually roughly 2-3 for mine, Ive used them about 5 times in the past 8 months or so. Theyre probably busy and theres a backlog, plus the shipping can take 3-1000 days.

I have one to Wix (prepaid) that never made it. Money out the window.

That was 2-3 years ago. It's been so long I forget what car. Blackstone has always pulled through for me.

My next UOA will go to the local CAT dealer where I can physically drop it off.

Mail it in a box or envelope if you want it get to it's destination quick.

Each Postmaster is required to keep the round container on his desk for a week before moving it on.

NAPA is better/cheaper than Blackstone.

Been using Blackstone for close to 15 years now and I could almost mark my calendar to the day two weeks out and I would have my results. The last one though, was 3 weeks. Still, I am not in a hurry and do not sweat it that much if it take a little longer.

The USPS is quite useless. Pony Express was faster. I've been sending oil samples for ~7 years (not to Blackstone), I use Polaris labs and UPS my samples. Online tracking, they are always there overnight (unless weekends) and I get results emailed within 2 working days.

Over 1 week is unacceptable.
