Looking to add a 20A 120V outlet and a 240V NEMA 6-20 outlet to the location marked by the red X. Purple Circle is the sub-panel that it will be coming from. Length of run (green) is about 25 ft.

How much should I expect to pay?

$1500. I could have you wired up on a Saturday for beer and tacos. I estimate 1500 maybe less 1100-1200. Depends if there's attic access or The electrician is going to run a rigid or pvc conduit.

Honestly, super super easy job. Surface mount, run the wires. Then, if you're not comfortable installing breakers and making the connections, have an electrician come do that. Will cost you a whole lot less for them to come, make the connections, and certify it. You handle 90% of the labor yourself. Check code, I think you need a GFCI in your neck of the woods.

I just recently did this myself when I needed an outlet on one garage wall for a freezer. It was just a 120V outlet though, so I did all of it.
