FUELMASTER magnets work?

It's been said before, but I'll repeat it since you're new. If something this simple improved gas mileage, automakers would already be doing it. Under everyone's hood there'd be 2-ton electro-magnets stuck to every inch of gas line if they had proven this could help their CAFE numbers.

Don't get sucked into the hype.

In the early 70's folks were putting "Cow Magnets" around their fuel lines Guess none of the major auto companies, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, BMW, Subaru,et all (with their thousands of Engineers and PhD scientists) never seemed to buy into it. I wonder why? Hmmmm maybe they never heard about them. You could write them.

There's no good reason why a magnet should have any effect on gasoline. However the people that do it say that the south pole faces the non magnetic pipe for a double sided magnet or the engine for a single sided magnet. If the magnet is free such as you might get from a dead hard drive go ahead and try it. If it costs money, stay away.

Since your fuel pump and injectors are already big magnets, seems like anything a magnet could do would be done or undone by those.
