Fuel Management

Filled my Silverado in August. Now, on cold starts, it chugs and sputters a little extra before catching. Gas is out-of-season, low RVP. Runs good when it catches though.

Truck has a 30-something gallon tank and I drive it ~6 miles a week.

Personally I would not worry about it as fuel injection is not really affected by stale gas unlike carburetors. The gas really has to be nasty to cause problems. So you're looking at 6 month to a year without any stabilizers.
If you can top up once a moth or so, there is really nothing to worry about. No need for special treatment or stabilizers IMO.
About 3 years for a tank of new fuel is the max for E10, I get injectors often that have serious issues when the fuel went rancid. You can smell it, it has a awful varnish smell but when it is at that point the injectors wont fire anymore.
A warm climate accelerates this somewhat, yes there is a lot of fuel in the tank but not much is in the individual injectors, keeping the tank full and letting it go down to half and refilling seems to keep the fuel best.
