Fuel dilution oil?

Running an I4 direct injection turbocharged engine prone to fuel dilution. Presently using Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 based on suggestions by Dyson lab person years ago. Suggestions for an easy to obtain oil locally? Thanks so much. Ed Hayes
