Once there is fuel dilution in oil, is there any way to get rid of it besides changing the oil? Can the fuel boil off, or could high temp or high RPM driving burn it off?

If the engine is in good shape, a longer drive where the oil gets up to temperature should vaporize the fuel and be conveyed to the intake through the crankcase ventilation. A longer trip should clear up fuel from cold engine operation.
