Anyone else here still have a mental hick-up every time they see front tires spin? When I hear squealing tires, I still expect the rear tire to be spinning, not the front.
Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love front wheel drive for real-world handling. But, I have too many years of seeing the front wheels coming off the ground at the drag strip to mentally process front tires spinning.
Front wheels dangling in space means power to my mind (plus ladder bars that need adjusting). Front wheels spinning means something went wrong in the universe.
I think there may be a special prison for people that break the laws of physics. I don't want to be around when that arrest takes place.
