It's Friday night and there are 39 of us on this topic. What are we doing wrong? My wife is watching my 6 year old neice so I took the cowardly way out and visited my old friendly Bob. What about the rest of you?

Hanging out trying to get answers to help fix my buddies PU. I do find this site very educational, and chock full of helpful members!

just got back from dinner. It was good food, but there were these really obnoxious and loud people, like you could hear them from all over Applebee's. Now i'm just chilling here on BITOG, I sat in front of my PC at work and chilled with BITOG and my nights I chill with BITOG. I must have a problem of some sort.

I have been on here pretty much all day. Been home from work, didn't feel like going anywhere today as I had one heck of a tension headache in the back of my neck/head. I think I have it nailed down to an allergic reaction that is causing them. Cheese being the main trigger but also other dairy products believe it or not as well as MSG as I posted earlier. Every time I have them the next day I get one of these bad headaches. This is the 4th time in a row it has happened. My Naturopath says it a real problem.

Anyways... Happy my schedule is flexible enough I can take a day off when I want and make up for it later.

Feeling much better now... Not 100% but way better than wanting to stick a knife in the back of my neck.

Well I have been having allergies and now I have a runny nose from the horrible weather we have been having. It was like 85 degrees 2 days ago, and these past 2 days have been 62-63 and the night its 45-50*.

StevieC, not to offend you in any way (this time) but didn't you say in another thread that you weigh quite a bit? Could some of these headaches and other maladies you suffer from be caused, or at least exacerbated by the excess...weight?

Anyway, what I'm doing here, is trying to think of something else to do, and I think I'll go actively get on with it. About nowish.

It's been 5 hours since I posted this. My neice and wife are asleep and I'm waiting for her brother to pick up my neice. Yankees are losing so I came back here. Thanks for the chit chat and for all the times you guys have been helpful. This is my faforite car forum.

I don't know how to take your post as you and I don't get along... However I will answer the question.

I'm a big guy because of my build but I do have a bit of a belly yes. My doctor calls me "Moderately Overweight" and not heavily overweight or obese.

I have been working on this and I'm sure this doesn't help the situation, but it isn't causing it according to my MD and ND.

I have extremely low "bad" cholesterol and my blood pressure is slightly lower (117/72) than the normal 120/80. Resting pulse rate is 70.

Also all my blood/urine tests came back 100% OK, as did the stress test I did.

So while I'm overweight it's not affecting my system yet as far as they can tell.

In this instance, I'm being serious. You said you're 6'2" and weigh 345 in the height/weight thread. Unless that's a lot of muscle--and from what you say, you don't work out--that's a lot of weight to be carrying around. If all your "numbers" are good, that's fine, but I'm pretty sure if you get some exercise and drop some serious weight, you'll feel a lot better. I doubt you'll want to go run a marathon, but exercising 30 minutes a day might surprise you.
I know that if I get a headache, the best cure for it is get my heart rate up and sweat for a while.
