Free Spybot- Search and Destroy. Any Good?

is the free version of spy bot real time? i think they also saif that i should go with avast and have both

If one has MWB Free, I don't think there's a need for something like SpyBot, which wasn't that great when it first started, and IDK if they even developed it later...
