I was checking out the latest threads on ColtForum.com and one of the members found this free image hosting site:

I'm sure there may be other such sites but this one does not require registration and it's free (picture files can't be bigger than 650kb).
Just put the path to the file (use "Browse...") and click "Host It!". After a minute or so when the image file has been downloaded to their server, the image details come up (URL, BBCode or HTML) and now you have the link to your picture you can put in a post.
