When I had problems understanding from Indian speaking foreign language, I asked to speak with English speaking person, he then transferred to his boss who is a real American.
 
I usually start speaking spanish to them, and so they transfer me to a spanish speaking employee, who knows English better than the last person ^^

True story......lol.

"No hablo englis, senor/senorita"

lol all it took me to get transferred to a "spnish speaker" who I was then able to converse with English with

LOL, true, I doubt Indians and Philippine call centers have Spanish training.
 
Don't use your mother's real maiden name. A lot of people can figure it out. Instead, just make up a bogus name or use a word out of the dictionary. The CC company doesn't care what the maiden name is. They simply use it as a 2nd level password, so it can be anything
