This came off my 2001 Chevy suburban with the 5.3L
Lots of short trips and trailer towing. I normally change closer to 6000km
This filter was nothing like the older wire backed filters but it did the job. I just picked up a few orange cans for $1 each so I'll run those soon enough. Oil used was Kirkland synthetic 5w-30
