The South Africa made filter is probably not for sale in the USA, unless they just started ... but the date code on the one WCW shows is Feb 20, 2024 so made over a year ago. The USA made PH didn't have a silicone ADBV and has an Ecore center tube. The black ADBVs were used for a short period during supply chain shortages, and the WCW USA made PH filter doesn't even have a date code. Maybe the newer Ecore PH filters now use a nitrile instead of silicone ADBV as part of the configuration change. Filter Whack-A-Mole.
