The E-Core be slipping also. I recently had a E-Core FRAM PH10575 that was disbonded from the fiber end cap and the wide pleat spacing join seam

Just to clarify ... the end cap bond is with the pleat ends, so the center tube, be it metal or nylon, shouldn't matter. Same goes with the bond between the pleats and metal end caps.

Where the seam, pleat end and fiber end cap meet, it was disbonded across 3 pleat ends.

Yeah, I have seen that posted before. The AC Delco version I buy has metal end caps and doesn't seem to have the issue.
