Good Morning folks. Member bullwinkle graciously sent me some filters. Decided to check the quality of this one. Wide pleat spacing I see; but silicone ADBV.

Sadly it does.

I didn’t want to chance it on the Dakota. Have 2 CQ Premiums and wire backed titanium for it.

Made mid-2019 ... look how good that leaf spring is stamped out. Consistent sealing area width, and it's smooth. What happened to your leaf spring manufacturing Fram to get the junk wrinkled and cut-off ear leaf springs of today?

Dang-if my x-ray goggles would have worked, I would have seen that… Unbelievably, I’ve seen PH-16 filters that looked worse!

It will work fine for 3-5k oil change intervals.

Either those goggles or anti-obsession pills so I don't cut an OG Titanium
