out/off: 6.5 quarts Valvoline R&P 5w-30 and 1.5 quarts HPL EC30 with Fram Endurance FE10575

in/on: 8 quarts HPL PCEO 5w-30 with Fram Endurance Fe10575

these are always a boring C&P. this filter was used due to being out of CQ premiums at the time for the cleaning run. now in order the CQ premiums by the case.
