Got mine too. FedEx was a day early to boot (was due on the 5th).

Received mine too. Umm, did anybody else mention that the labels that delayed the shipping look like an Avery label run through a color laser printer? Oh and it doesn't fit the bottle (it overlaps the bottom of the label indentation).
I really don't care about the label, but if this was the reason it was delayed then I am perplexed. They said it was a problem with the labels. I am assuming this is the temporary label because they still don't have the labels yet? If LCD paid money for these labels they got ripped off. 15 minutes in photoshop and a trip to Kinkos is what this effort looks like. It actually looks like someone took the avatar for LCD off of BITOG and zoomed it in as the background (complete with all the jaggies). Sorry if I offended whoever did the label, but their photoshop skillz are lacking IMHO.
So I am going to go with the assumption that they still don't have the labels and they are just trying to keep their word.

LCD, for now, appears to be offering it in batches when they have left over from a large commercial order. If you send them an email, they can probably put you on their email list and notify you when they are going to offer it again. If you bought something from them in the past, you are automatically on the list I believe.
They also appear to announce it here at BITOG as well. But it goes fast...
