Yes. My wife knows the clerk. I told my wife to check with her next time she's in there, and see if the owner ever showed.

The problem with that is that smart people do not give their addresses to the store when they register for these cards.
Another problem is that even if they do, they may move and the store ends up with an old address. Given that there are dozens of such programs, the odds of this happening are rather high.

A big sign saying "keys found" might work.
