I'm not sure that I like the exterior, but more often than not, pictures don't do many cars justice. I'll need to see one in person.

As far as interior though, I like that the center console is angled toward the driver.

I think it will look OK in a 2 door hatch version.

Yup, the 2-door does look neat...

looks great, although the hot rod focus is also sharp, what sux both FWD with no mechanical LSD, european focus had then standard. i had one installed in my 01 jetta 1.8T almost 300 ft lb tq steer until the quaife differetial install best 2G$$ i spent, end of torque steer, great in pa snow, 199,xxx miles still ran great, NO more FWD, i found a 38,xxx 2001 audi quattro TT, FANTASTIC!!!my first convertable, retired, no kids just a girlfriend and a little doggie, big enough for us. there are a lot of support for vw upgrades if thats you, just a computer download and its bye focus

Might want to read up a bit, the European Focus is identical to ours now. Actually we get a 5 hp increase for some obscure reason.

The rags all say the torque steer thing is virtually nonexistent, managed with Stability control of the front brakes and special tweaks to the electronic power steering. It's one of the best FWD out there right now with superb dynamics. VERY far advanced from anything made in 2001 if you get me.

A tune will be made available quickly if it sells. it will be very competitive with anything FWD. And I feel certain it will sell decently for Ford.
