Ford 6.2L spark plugs

As @scoot said. It’s the imrc system so each runner has a butterfly valve, there’s a rod running along each bank & the controller. Being a “plastic” intake, it’s just an intake replacement. Not everyone gets them but it does happen. Just like the plug wires from the coil to lower plugs going bad on occasion. Neither take away from the overall reliability of that engine. The 6.2 is, imho, one of the best Ford ever produced.

Been reading and researching this afternoon
Found a thread on a Ford forum where guys are installing a tune that deletes the IMRC and solves the problem without having to replace the intake and from what I read there’s no performance issues after that. I found that to quiet interesting to read But yes I totally agree with your opinion of the 6.2 engine it performs very well even in a heavy truck like my F250. Ford should of used it in more vehicles besides a truck
