I suggest having a calibrated torque wrench to prevent future spark plug blowout. Also, get the torque specification from the Ford service manual. Do not go by specifications on a spark plug package. I once had an E-series van blowout a spark plug because of it. The first thing my Ford-enthusiast co worker asked was "Did you use Ford's torque specification?"
In my case, I went by the directions on the package, and the service writer ordered NGK spark plugs.
