For Canadians: Valvoline Restore and Protect

I would try this oil IF I was the non-BITOG type that didn't get OCD about my oil services. I hope-innocently- that the regular routine of 6500km or 6 month oil & filter changes have not left my engines with hidden junk in the ring lands of the pistons? Or do I need to add this to my things keeping me from REM sleep?
Not since yesterday where I am. Back to C$59.99. Walmart sells it for C$49.99 thou and it's available in stores.

The great thing about CT is if you miss a sale, another one will happen about a month later. So in reality nobody should ever pay full price for oil from CT (I never have)
Yea that's a good price. With tax that's $49. A month ago a buddy brought back 2 for me from Michigan, $31 US + mich tax + conversion was $46 (no duty or gst b/c he was there for 2 days).
Is it always $50 at WM?
It seems Walmart has it for $50 always, I haven't seen it on sale there. It also seems 5w-30 is most popular and isn't always available.

This was a great deal with multipliers and bonuses. Picked up seven jugs of 5W30 @$42.99/5L during BF week sale. Plus the bonus spend $300 get $50, spend $125 get $25 (swap), spend $150 get $10 and 20x+10x CT money (swap). Used CT money for whole transaction, got ~$123 back. Worked out to $27.53CDN/5L jug before taxes after bonuses.

I love all of those bonuses that you can get from Canadian Tire! I never buy oil from them unless it’s on sale and has extra bonus CT money as well. I bet if I added up all of the CT money that I earn each year it would total up to be more than enough for all of my oil purchases to be free. They offer a lot of CT money bonuses from buying their gas as well.
YMMV. If anyone missed the sale, and requires a couple of jugs of Valvoline Restore and Protect, then NAPA Canada has it on for $54.89/5L (I believe is regular price) with a 20% off on orders over $125, bringing the cost down to $43.91/5L jug before any taxes.
