Fog lights not working

Hello all, My Pontiac Montana (money pit) has fog lights that no longer work. I rarely use them, only one dark sideroads, but it would be nice to have them working. I checked the fuse and even replaced it; Still nothing. On the switch it has a green light that lights up and a dash light that comes on when turned on and they are out too. Would it be the switch that's the problem? Wiring?

Factory fog lights are tied in to an additional switch/relay that kills them when the highbeams are on, it's a DOT rule.

Also check that a body control or chime module isn't also involved.
