fog lamp spring nuts?

Wondering if anybody knows a source for snap-in plastic quick nuts like this? Application is my 2018 F150 fog lights. Picked up some morimoto fogs but don't have the OE lamps to reuse these pieces.

Is the purpose to reduce jarring of an incandescent bulb filament, but then not needed so much if putting LED lights on?

This is a rear adjustment where the lamp is aimed up and down by turning the screw. The screw pulls the rear of the lamp down, against spring tension. Nice that they have it on these.

Not so nice that a "premium" fog lamp such as Morimoto does not include them not offer replacements. Looks like Ford only lists the entire foglamp assembly to boot.

The plastic nut inserts look pretty generic. Even O-Reilley's has a variety on a carousel display.
